Bundlex specializes in stocked goods, which, by nature, may have been previously handled, stored in bags for some time, or kept in a warehouse. As a result, minor imperfections—such as small specks, slight bending or ironing marks should not be considered defects. Additionally, packaging, such as shoe boxes, may show signs of wear or damage due to storage and handling; however, this does not affect the quality of the product itself and should not be considered a defect. In our industry, it is standard practice to acknowledge that such characteristics are inherent to stock garments and do not impact their saleability.
"Shop returns" refer to stock consisting of unsold items from retail stores. As with stock in general, minor imperfections—such as small spots, folding or ironing marks, or slight traces of glue between the upper and sole of shoes—are not considered defects. These items may have been previously tried on. In our industry, it is standard practice not to classify characteristics inherent to stock items as defects, as long as they do not affect the product’s saleability.
Yes, the customer can make a return request within 10 days of order delivery.
When you return an item, you can choose how to process your return. If applicable, Bundlex provides a refund in the form of a promo code valid for 1 year from the date it was issued. Otherwise, if you wish to receive a refund, you can request it from our Customer Care Team. Please note that in order to be entitled to a refund, it is an essential condition that the items are returned in perfect condition, unused, with their original labels attached and, if possible, in their original packaging. The sum of money will be credited within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel, after the administrative procedures and all the controls needed are carried out. The refunded amount will be credited back using the original payment method used for your purchase.
